Seven

Project number seven is hot off the loom. The yarn for this scarf came right out of my stash. A lovely deep purple silk, mixed with a mohair I have had for years. The texture is light and fluffy and the color amazing.
I am really loving my loom and am trying to make a bit of time for it everyday. A scarf like this take about 5 hours, and 5 hours is sometimes hard to find in my busy schedule. So if I can do a bit here and there it all adds up.
I have also been having some fun making crochet hexagons. I have seen many projects at different blogs using hexagons so I have been exploring some color combinations. I will post some photos a bit later of these when I am feeling more confident in the crochet hexagon category.
Now I really have to concentrate on writing up evaluations for the children I work with. I love the kids I work with but evaluation writing is so boring. All I can think about is working on my loom or grabbing my crochet hook.....bummer, the real world is calling.
Hope you have a great day.

I'm in love with this one! I just posted a photo of your other scarf on the blog today. I'm putting the idea of our etsy shop out there.
