A Quiet Morning, Until........

It was a beautiful quiet morning at my house.  The air was still, the sun was just trying to peek out of the clouds.
The boys were still asleep due to the time change, well except for this one.
There was some puttering to be done on the lanai, when............
What is this?  The pool is going on. Instant alert!
This is very serious business at our house.
 Max barks, and barks.
He bites the water and barks some more.
He runs around the pool until the bubbles go away.
 Mission accomplished!!!
Now complete and utter exhaustion!

Thanks for all my lovely comments on my last post. Happy Sunday!

Gotta love the family dog, always the faithful friend, the one who is always happy to see you no matter how bad your day. He is making sure all is well in your corner of the world and even when bubbles are disturbing the peace.

Dogs!!
Aren't they both adorable and stupid at the same time?
Once I was swimming, and my dog kept barking and barking, he clearly thought there was something wrong with me, and then suddenly I felt a pair of paws on my back, he had jumped in to "rescue" me

Max sure is handsome! That reminds me of our dog Buddy who goes crazy barking over something and when we go look.. there is nothing there! Sillies! I am so jealous of your pool and outdoor fireplace! Lucky!
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Does Max swim? We have a golden who swims but it would have been impossible to keep our lab out of the pool. Thanks for your nice comment on my Lunch Clutch Meredith! Always nice to have a bit of encouragement. Wishing you a happy week! :)

Love your little story Meredith! I know just what you mean with that "mission accomplished" look, and Lottie in that situation always settles down afterwards with a proper "hmmmm" noise, you can tell she's satisfied with her activities!
