Happy Halloween Weekend to all of you from my Minecraft Creeper. This Creeper had a party this morning at his social gardening club. Apparently he didn't have all that much fun and didn't want to participate very much. I guess that is just how Creepers are. We came home and immediately washed that itchy green paint out of his hair and he was back in pajamas by 1:00. Today will be a quiet day. It is the first coolish day we have had so far this Autumn. It isn't even 70 degrees out! Add in a bit of cloudy skies and I feel we are full on into cooler weather but I am sure the joke is on me there, this is Florida and it always seems to be warmer than it should be. The boys and Luna were not thrilled with the photo shoot. Well the boys are used to this sort of thing, but Luna did not want to be a bunny for Halloween that is for sure. Look at her grumpy bunny face!
I wish you all a good weekend whatever you do. And I thank you for visiting even with my lack of commenting on your blogs. I am still dealing with a whole lot and my energy levels are almost as low as they can get. Stay safe my friends and thank you for visiting here in this space of mine.
And a Happy Birthday to my oldest son tomorrow. Halloween has always been my favorite holiday and his birth on this day was an extra special treat. He will now be known as Mr. 28!

Oh my goodness, the coolest costume. And I love the photo of the furries, you have captured them beautifully, I can only imagine how long it took :) I hope your eldest has a lovely birthday. My friend's daughter has a Hallowe'en birthday as well, it always seems like an excellent day to have a birthday. Sorry life is still full on and your energy is low. Hope Big Buddy has a good Halloween day. We don't get any trick-or-treaters at our house. I suppose our driveway is too long and too dark.
Steve will be out at the firehouse handing out candy to the little ones who come for TRUCK-or-Treat.

What could be better than a Halloween birthday? That reminds me that I have a good friend who has one tomorrow too but I bet she's hoping we all forget. They aren't much fun when you are not 28 anymore.
One of my young cousins has a Halloween birthday. She has a regular name, but everyone call her Trixie because she was a trick or treat baby. :-)

That is a really cool Creeper costume. Piper is dressed as Carmen SanDiego and I think she looks really good. She loves dressing up all of the time and I don't think she really cares that much about Halloween, just the dressing up part of it.
The boys look so patient and long suffering. Our little Zoey is going to be a ladybug. Piper bought her a costume. Lizze, Pipers puppy will be a bumblebee. So cute.
I hope things start getting better for you my dear Meredith. I'm continuing to pray for you.

Somehow I have been off track in reading and commenting on blogs for a while, but have just caught up reading your recent posts...so admire your beautiful harvest of knitted pumpkins along with all your loving care. Oh, goodness, your Little Buddy looks super in his costume, Mere! I get the burnout. We had a lot of crazy, rainy/windy/cold days in the Midwest where my kids were sorely disappointed and just wanted to come home. The build up and over excitement took a toll on my younger ones.
I know you are busy--and I mean you do put in a huge day with all you do...don't feel bad about not commenting. I have much less on my plate and I've been lagging for a long time. I'm just getting back into the swing of things and I hope I can keep it up. I miss you!

What a cute costume that Little Buddy is wearing! And too cute that the dogs got dressed up, also.
Trick-or-treating has been "on" for 1-1/2 hours now and not one single TOTer at my door yet! Our stretch of street doesn't have any little kids, so it's been this way for years. I bought a lot of candy, hoping this year would be different. Looks like Brian's going to be taking a lot of candy to work with him to put in the break room!
Making a big pot of red lentil soup right now and finally have the last load of laundry in the dryer for the day.

Hope you had a good Halloween weekend! LB is adorable in his costume. Nice green hair. I have seen colorful hair when I was working at harvest festival. One lady was saying that her daughter had ordered some online. Once you wash your hair, the color goes away. Happy birthday to your Mr. 28!!! During one cognitive test for Fireman last week while he had some brain fog going, he was asked how old he was. He said, 39 and I busted out laughing

Happy belated birthday wishes to your son Mr 28. I find it so hard to believe my grand-daughter will be 21 mid November...time doesn't fly it whizzes by! The fur boys look wonderful dressed ready for Halloween, poor Luna she obviously didn't think much of being a bunny. Perhaps Minecraft Creepers are not the happiest and most congenial type of Creepers LOL! I do like Little Buddy's Tee though and black suits him better :-).
