Brain Mush

Hi Everyone!!!!!!

Just wanted to pop in quickly and say hello!  I have been at a conference for therapists the last four days and my brain is mush.  It was a long day, everyday, but I think it was worth it.  All the information was amazing and I was so glad I got the opportunity to attend.  But because of that I am behind.  I am behind reading blogs, doing house work, taking care of my family, taking care of the endless errands, writing blog posts and most of all knitting and crocheting.  None of which got done over the past four days.  I am near the end of the knitted dress, and making progress on crochet cowl number 2.  So, I will check back in soon.

Hope everyone is doing great, enjoyed your weekend, and are finding  some time to do something you really love.

Glad to hear that your trip was worth the effort, Meredith. I'm always behind in so many things, so I can relate to how you are feeling right now. I think it's hard for me to blog and stay caught up in other things. I hope that now, you have a little bit of time to recenter yourself. Take care.

HOPE TO POST ABOUT THE WEEKEND TONIGHT, IF I CAN STAY AWAKE. WELL, GOOD LUCK, WITH CATCHING UP.

I do not think you can claim brain mush if you have such progress on creative projects!!! You can only claim brain mush if you are able to sit on the couch and drool on yourself while watching the telly. Do not ask me how this description sounds soooooooooooo, well normal to me! :) Take a breath, center yourself, and make the day fabulous!

I know exactly what you mean... even though I haven't been at a conference or near anything work related in the past few months! But I'm behind on most of the things I love to do--and trying steadily to get the "icky stuff" done to indulge in a few hours to myself ;-)
Glad you're back!

Everytime I go to a conference, my mind is overloaded with ideas and new things I want to implement at work. Then I get back to work and I'm overwhelmed with the work that's piled up and the conference stuff that needs to be put away ;-)
Glad you had a good time and hope you get some time to chill.

It looks fabulous!!
You have done an amazing job with it
I think you're right- sometimes misbehaving crochet needs some time out before we can love it again in the way it deserves!!!!
