Happy Thanksgiving................

Taking some quiet time this morning before everyone got up to just reflect on how thankful I am.  I won't list the reasons, they are probably just like all of yours.  Still this moment of silence was precious after very busy weeks with lots of rushing around.  I actually bought some magazines at the store yesterday for just this reason.  Not something I ever do as they are expensive and rarely is there anything I want to make in them.  Still flipping thorough pages looking at beautiful creations while sipping tea was a luxury today.  I am thankful I have a craft that grounds me and I am thankful I have this blogging community that inspires me so much.  You are all just lovely and while drinking my tea this morning I said special thanks for all of you, and silently wished you all a wonderful day.   Whatever you do today, and wherever you are, I am sending you all loving thanks for being here with me in this little space of mine.

Even in my empty nest household quiet moments are hard to come by. I'm so glad you found some time to recharge.

Meredith, You said it well.
I got a bit sad without my kiddos last night, but Al must have known, ....she called me twice yesterday. Zach had a good chat with us. PBJ for his Thanksgiving. Didn't mind a bit cause he's in Mexico , Tomorrow is the day Zach found and adopted Bear Bear. I think he's more over it than I am. I felt that kitten saved my boy.
My father was not reachable by phone. He's been moved upstairs to the sick floor........I found out from the operator. My sister is really quite manipulative about her role as power of attorney. I need to step away. I wrote my dad 2 letters of love since Tuesday. She cannot intercept my mail!

Dear Meredith,
we don´t celebrate Thanksgiving in our small country in Europe, but I think we all must have lots of small thanksgiving moments in our lives. Christmas is nearly there, so maybe this is the rigt moment to say my thanks: I live in peaceful part of world, I have three amazing kids, great family and lots of friend. So thanks from me!
Have a great year to next Thanksgiving! I love your blog and (because I am a teacher) admire you for your work with children. And I absolutely love your Little Buddy:) Hana, Czech republic
